Ways to pay

When it comes to making your monthly mortgage payments, to keep things nice and simple, we will take payments by Direct Debit from the nominated current account that you confirmed to us when applying for your mortgage.

What to do if you wish to change your nominated current account for payment

If you would like to change the current Direct Debit details we hold for you please follow the process details below.

  • Complete a new Direct Debit Mandate, which you can download here or call us on 0800 298 5714 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to request a paper version.
  • Return the completed Direct Debit Mandate to us by post to Precise Mortgages, PO Box 6037, Wolverhampton, WV1 9QW – please include a covering letter which includes your mortgage account number and the date from which the change should become effective.
  • We will then confirm that the change has been successfully made or request any additional information that is needed.
