If you’ve been affected by COVID-19, rest assured that we want to do all we can to help. We’re already offering our customers up to three months’ payment holidays, but we understand that the impact could be felt long after that.
We’re pleased to say our regulators have set out how the financial services sector can best support those who continue to be impacted financially. We are currently working through the changes and will be updating our websites.
Our current support is based on the guidance that’s in place today, but it is expected to change and we’ll adapt it accordingly when this happens.
