What to do if you are experiencing financial difficulties
We understand the worry and concern that you may face if you are having difficulties in meeting your mortgage repayments. Please remember, our experienced customer support team are here to try and help. The sooner that they are made aware of the problem, the quicker they will be able to offer support, and talk through the options that are available to you.
If you are concerned that you will be unable to meet your mortgage repayments now or in the near future, please ensure you call us as soon as possible on 0800 781 8558.
Our dedicated customer support team who specifically deal with enquiries of this nature are available between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 12pm Saturdays to help you further.

If your mortgage application is currently being progressed with Precise Mortgages and you have a question we would recommend that you speak directly with your financial adviser. Whilst we are happy to help and answer your questions, your financial adviser will be kept fully updated with the progress of your application and as such will be best placed to assist further.
